We offer standard UK delivery for physical items. Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout.
Most physical orders arrive within 14 working days after dispatch but this may take longer depending on the printing queue. You will receive an email update once your order is on the way.
At the moment we only ship within the UK. If international shipping becomes available, we will update the checkout options.
Digital items are delivered via email or appear in your account shortly after payment. Check your orders page for the latest status.
If you need to change or cancel, contact support as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any item on our shop as we are a non-profit organisation and all products are made-to-order, apologies.
You can track your order from Settings → Orders. Tracking links appear once your order ships.
We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure checkout. Your payment details are processed by Stripe.
Out of stock options are shown on the product page. If you need a restock, contact us and we can let you know when it is back.
If we run promotions, you will see them on the checkout page or via announcements on CadetCard channels.
